Accountant

Job Summary: 
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records of the cashmere processing factory, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. 
Key Responsibilities: 
1.Record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, payroll, and other operational expenses. 
2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. 
3.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection and payment. 
4.Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for the factory. 
5.Conduct inventory accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. 
6.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, prepare tax reports, and coordinate with tax authorities as needed. 
7.Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes and support internal and external audits. 
8.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for operational efficiency. 
9.Implement and maintain proper internal controls over financial transactions. 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
-Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in manufacturing or textile/cashmere industry.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. 
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). 
-Attention to detail, analytical skills, and integrity. 
Working Conditions: 
-Full-time position based in the factory. 
-Interaction with production, warehouse, and management teams. 
-Adherence to factory safety and operational protocols.

System Developer / IT Developer – Cashmere Processing Factory

Job Summary: 
The System Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software systems and IT solutions to support the operations of the cashmere processing factory. The role ensures efficient, secure, and reliable IT systems for production, inventory, and administrative processes. 
Key Responsibilities: 
1.Develop, customize, and maintain factory management software, ERP systems, and other internal applications. 
2.Monitor and improve system performance, security, and reliability. 
3.Troubleshoot technical issues, provide support to factory staff, and ensure minimal downtime. 4.Collaborate with management and other departments to understand operational needs and implement IT solutions.
5.Conduct regular system updates, backups, and data integrity checks. 
6.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations. 
7.Document system configurations, processes, and user manuals. 
8.Train staff on using software systems and best IT practices. 
9.Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance factory operations. 
Qualifications: 
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
-Proven experience in software development, system administration, or ERP implementation. 
-Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, SQL). 
-Knowledge of databases, networks, and system security. 
-Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
